Looking for feedback for RMJ4: AU edition!

I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for another Rivamika Jam! This round’s theme will be AU - whatever you want, as long as it takes place outside the canonverse.

I’m always looking to improve how RMJ runs and to schedule it for a time when as many people can participate as possible, so I have a couple of questions for you:

1. February or March?

2. Continue with the three-week schedule or give everyone the entire month? I’m not sure if giving more time will increase the likelihood of people being able to post their works on time, or if all that time will lead people to procrastinate.

I really would like feedback, especially from RMJ veterans. What has worked for you in previous jams? What didn’t work? What changes would make RMJ run better? Feel free to reblog with your comments or message me. Please let me know in your message if you would like me to answer privately, otherwise your ask will be posted to keep the dialogue going. (This would be so much easier with replies. THANKS FOR GETTING RID OF THOSE, TUMBLR.)
