ok so I think there would be a tie between them for like the whole game or if one of them manages to get a few more points the other quickly catches up. I feel like mikasa would be behind the idea, probably as some way to get revenge on levi doing something to eren.  Mikasa also was the one who started the taunting which turned into a kind of flirting between them. Whenever she bites her lip levi gets distracted (but he doesn’t really know why or what he is feeling) which then in turn causes him to slip up and ultimately lose the game. After the game mikasa feels happy and triumphant and levi is left feeling like he just got hit with a bus full of feelings because he’s just starting to realize that mikasa is really really hot.
