Thanks for the ask :)! Honestly I think they would just chill inside all cozy up with blankets drinking hot tea.  Maybe something like this:

“Are you sure it’s okay to stay in?” 

Levi took her hand to kiss the top. He held on to it as he waited for her answer.

“Hn. What’s better than drinking tea at home” she said tugging away her hand to get her cup of tea from the counter.

Levi frowned not appreciating the lack of warmth. She smiled in response and moved her body closer to his with cup still in hand. He took the cup from her hand and drank a sip. It was his favorite home brewed tea.

“Drinking tea at home with you” he simply replied.
